Ingredients
1.0 large Hard Boiled Egg1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw5.0 cup Mashed Potatoes32.0 tbsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise)
Directions
After cooking potatoes with desired amount of salt, drain water. Add peeled eggs. Mash potatoes and eggs throughly. Mix in mayonnaise and chopped onions and sprinkle in black pepper. Serving Size: Makes 8 one cup servings
