4 oz Neufchatel cheese1/2 cup Feta Cheese Crumbles 24 oz Pink Salmon (4 fillets)2 large Scallions, raw 1/2 cup Spinach, fresh 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mix cheeses, spinach and scallion well. Split salmon fillets brush both sides with olive oil and spoon in mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
