black beans and veggie

Ingredients
1.5 cup Beans, black 1.5 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 2 serving Beetroot, raw, 2in beet, 82g 1.5 tsp Morton Iodized Salt 1 tbsp ground Tumeric (by LESLIEB33) 3 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 1tsp Coconut Oil
Directions
cook beans till soft
chop carrot and beets while beans is getting ready
To the beans add salt, turmeric, pepper and coconut oil
Allow simmering for 10mins
Add carrot and beets
Remove after 6mins
