Bread Bowls/Buns

2 tbsp yeast 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar 0.75 tbsp Salt 2 cup hot tap water2 tbsp Olive Oil 5 cup Flour, white
In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of the flour with the yeast, sugar, salt, water and oil. Use a hand or stand mixer to mix until smooth.
Add remaining flour and stir until a dough forms.
Knead 8 minutes then return to oiled bowl, turning dough to coat.
Cover and allow to rise in a warm place 30 minutes.
Punch down and separate into 12 balls (6 to 8 if you'd like larger bread bowls) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with a tea towel and rise 15 minutes.
Heat oven to 400ºF and then remove tea towel and place the baking tray in oven.
Bake 18 minutes then transfer buns to wire rack to cool
