Ingredients
2 1/4 c. flour4 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp. salt1 1/2 T. sugar2 beaten eggs2 1/4 c. Milk3/4 c. Vegetable oil
Directions
Stir together dry ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients. Add just before baking, beating only until moistened. Makes 10-12 waffles.

    This recipe can also be made with half whole wheat flour for a slightly different texture and taste. Love these waffles! And they freeze if you have leftovers! - 7/27/10
