Pulled Barbecue (BBQ) Chicken

Ingredients
900 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup Bullseye guiness (by DERVEL) (or any bbq sauce)0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp Olive Oil 4 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.

Shred chicken with 2 forks and stir to coat in sauce.

Serve on buns (with coleslaw is amazing!)
