4.25 serving Quaker Quick 3 Minute Steel Cut Oats2.0 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 cup Honey4.0 tbsp Agave | Wholesome Sweeteners | Organic Blue Agave1.0 tbsp Molasses1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Cloves, ground0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground0.5 tsp Salt1.0 cup Milk, 1%1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
In pan, Cook dry oats over medium heat, 2-3 min until smells nutty. Set aside to cool. In large bowl combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Add oats. Mixture will be runny so stir as your adding to greased muffin tin cups, so oats don't settle to bottom of mixture. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean. Cool at least 5 min.
