2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 dash Salt 0.50 tsp Baking Powder 2 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh .75 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry
Blend all ingredients in a magic bullet or blender- due to the small amount, a small magic bullet container holds it all perfectly for a nice blend.
Heat the pan on a low-medium heat with coconut oil and cook until browned nicely like a pancake on each side. The pancakes will be firm and not too soggy.
Serve with low calorie butter and honey, spread with peanut butter or eat plain!
