Garlic Parmesan Asparagus

3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 8 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh 1 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 3 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil (stays in the bottom of the dish when you serve the asparagus)
Trim off tough bottom section of each spear
Mix oil, vinegar, minced garlic
Place asparagus in small flat baking dish
Pour oil mixture on top
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees till desired tenderness (I put 30 minutes in the recipe because I had to enter a number)
Use slotted server to drain the oil from the asparagus before serving.
Serving Size: 2 servings 4 spears each
