2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 stick Butter, unsalted 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup, chopped Walnuts 3 tsp Baking Soda 1 tbsp Honey 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
Mix Eggs, Softened Butter, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Honey, Vanilla and half of the Mashed Bananas with Mixer. Slowly mix in Wheat Flour and Baking Soda. Mix Well. Stir in remaining bananas and Nuts. Cook on 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
