0.25 cup Milk, 1%1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 cup chopped Apples without skin1.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Baking Soda1.0 cup Flour, white0.75 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats0.5 cup Chobani Greek Yougurt Plain(by MB)
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl
3. Spray mini muffin pan and scoop batter into each muffin cavity
4. Bake 10-12 minutes until done (toothpick test)
5. Cool and enjoy!
6. Store in airtight container
