polish kielbasa sausage 16 oz. 1 onion, chopped1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can cut green beans, including liquid5 medium potatoes, cubed2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Chop sausage into bite sized pieces.
Saute sausage and onion together in a large skillet until onion is soft. Add remaining ingredients--note that the liquid from the can of green beans is the liquid for the stew. Cover and cook for 30-40 minutes, until potatoes are done. Stir occasionally.
