Ingredients
24.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw11.0 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon56.0 gram Cheese, Natural Shredded Cheddar/Jack, Kirkland, 28g (1/3 cup)
Directions
Cook bacon, crumble into medium mixing bowl. Add eggs and cheese, then beat until yolks are broken and mixture is even. Pour into muffin tins lined with cupcake liners and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes (until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean). Let cool before packaging or serving. Serving Size: Makes 24 cups
