Alkalizing High Fiber Energy Drink

Ingredients
1 cup of raw Spinach leaves1/2 peeled and chopped Cucumber2-3 leaves Romaine lettuce chopped1 stalk Celery chopped1 banana sliced1/2 tsp. Lemon juice (fresh or bottled)Enough water to cover half way up blender
Directions
In blender, combine all ingredients.
Mix VERY well!
If necessary add more water
Note: you may also add 1/2 peeled, chopped apple.
You may substitute banana for either:
1 cup chopped cantalope
1/2 pint blueberries (great anti oxident)
handful clean strawberries
Makes 2 8 oz. servings.

Great for fast breakfast, lunch or energy snack!
