4 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey 2 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 0.25 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 0.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
Sauté turkey in pan with taco seasoning, cook until turkey is browned but not fully cooked, add chopped zucchini and corn, sauté for a few minutes, or until zucchini starts to soften then add can (or half depending on preference) of diced tomatoes in juices. simmer on low until veggies are soft and liquid has evaporated. Serve over brown rice or in lettuce cups.
