Vegan Raw Apple Cake with Cashew Cream Frosting

Ingredients
Apple Cake Ingredients__________________________________3 Apples, medium2 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened 3 Dates, soaked till softened1 tsp ground cinnamon1/8 tsp ground cloves1/8 tsp ground cardamom1/8 tsp ground nutmeg.75 cup, chopped Walnuts, soaked overnight and drained1 tbsp Agave Syrup1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 dash Salt Frosting Ingredients1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight and drained2 tbsp Coconut Oil, extra virgin 1/2 cup Coconut Milk Creamer 2 date Dates 1 tbsp Lime Juice1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 dash Salt
Directions
Put all cake ingredients in food processor and process until you are left with a crumbly mixture. Pat into a pan.

Put all frosting ingredients into a high speed blender and process until you have a very creamy fluffy and smooth mixture. Spread over your "cake".

Place into freezer for a half-hour or in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
