Sweet & Spicy Pork & Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 tbsp oil 1 lb lean pork (like tenderloin)2 red peppers, cut into thin stripsSAUCE INGREDIENTS1 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp oyster sauce2 tbsp chili garlic sauce1/2 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp ground garlic2 tsp cornstarch1/4 cup broth3 cups cooked brown rice
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and brown the pork.
Meanwhile combine all the sauce ingredients.
Add the peppers and sauce ingredients to the pan. Cook until peppers just start to become tender.
Add the cornstarch that has been dissolved in the broth and stir well. The sauce will thicken. Add the rice. Heat through and serve.
