bacon chicken chowder (jportale)

Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 6 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Bacon, pork, microwaved 200 gram leak (by JULEBE) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 4 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 8 oz Cream Cheese 8 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 1 stick Butter, salted
Directions
chop up the veggies and saute until transluecent in half the butter. Add the stock, and cream cheese, heat until the cheese has melted. Add the heavy cream. Pan fry the chicken until cooked and the meat is caramelized slightly in a tablespoon of butter. Cook the bacon until crispy. Simmer the chowder for 20 minutes, then add the bacon (crumbled) and chicken (diced). Adjust the richness by adding more butter if needed.
