Ingredients
3.0 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw2.0 fruit without seeds Lemons0.25 melon (15" long x 7-1/2" dia) Watermelon1.0 cup Blueberries, fresh3.0 serving Apple, Gala (medium)1.0 fruit (3-3/4" dia) Grapefruit, fresh, pink and red, California and Arizona1.0 serving California Navel Orange - medium orange (131g)8.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)0.75 fruit without refuse Mangos1.0 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit1.0 tbsp Parsley1.0 cup, chopped Kale1.0 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root1.0 tbsp Turmeric, ground
Directions
Juice all fruit & veggies in juicer, then blend to mix. I used a glass gallon container to store it between meals.
