3 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 4 tbsp Agave Nectar, Organic Blue Agave, Light 7 tbsp chopped walnuts 0.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
Preheat oven to 325 mix all ingredients well and spread evenly over parchment paper
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes stirring every 15 minutes to make sure it doesn't burn remove from oven once lightly browned let cool and then cut into squares or place crumpled in a jar
