Ingredients
1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt2.0 tbsp Olive Oil7.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh1.0 clove Garlic1.0 large Onions, raw0.66 cup Peas, frozen6.0 cup Egg Noodles, enriched4.0 tbsp Butter, Move Over Butter, Whipped with Sweet Cream Buttermilk, 1 tbsp serving size12.0 oz Fit & Active turkey polska kielbasa
Directions
1. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside. 2. In a large saucepan, heat 1 Tbsp olive oil. Cook sausage until lightly browned. 3. Add remaining olive oil, butter and onion. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. 4. Add cabbage and garlic. Cook until tender (10-15 minutes). Stir in peas, noodles and salt & pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Serving Size: About 4 1-cup servngs
