Ingredients
454 gram(s) Green Cabbage, raw (1 head, medium - 908g) (by WOMYN42) 1 stick Butter, salted 21.3 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 1 tbsp PC Organics - Aged White Wine Vinegar (by VIKING_BEAR) 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 2 tbsp Trader Joes Wasabi Mayonaise (by QUILTER_GIRL) 1 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt, Morton (by DJARTIST) 2 serving Clove of Garlic (by BCOH1478) 1 tsp Ginger, ground 10 gram(s) Dried Red Chili Flakes (by BIGGIRL2082010)
Directions
1. shred cabbage w/sharp knife or food processor; 2. fry the cabbage in 2-3 oz. butter in a large frying pan or wok; 3. Add spices and vinegar and stir fry for a couple of minutes - put cabbage in a bowl; 4. melt rest of butter in the same pan, add garlic, chii flakes and ginger and saute; 5. add meat and brown until thoroughly cooked and most juice evaporates; 6. Lower heat, add scallions and cabbage to the meat. Stir until everything is hot. Season to taste and top with sesame oil before serving; 7. Wasabi mayonaise served on the side and used to pleasureable taste.
