Ingredients
1.5 cup Beans, pinto16.0 oz Pork, fresh, shoulder, whole, separable lean only, cooked, roasted1.5 cup, chopped or diced Roasting Chicken, light meat0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw6.0 clove Garlic3.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)6.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 tbsp simply nature organic coconut oil
Directions
Add beans and meat in pot with water and seasonings/ herbs. Boil at low temperature till beans are cooked and there is liquid has thickened to stew like consistency. Eat.
