Ingredients
Sauce0.33 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce 1 tsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 0.33 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce 2016 Other0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 serving Kame Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodle 3.5 oz (100g) - 1/2 pouch (4 servings per pkg) 1 tbsp Smart Balance Blend of vegetables oils (Soybean, Canola & Olive) 2 tsp Cloves, ground 4 tbsp chopped Shallots 127.5 gram(s) River Valley Bean Sprouts 1 cup
Directions
Combine all ingredients for sauce in a bowl and set aside.
Heat wok over high heat; add oil, shallot and garlic. Stir fry for 30 second or till you can smell the aroma.
Add noodles and sauce. Stir fry for about 2 to 3 minutes till there is no liquid on bottom of wok. Add the bean sprouts about a minute before its done.
