16 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 2.5 cup Onion and Bell Pepper, raw, mixed equally (1 cup) (by MARILYNJ63) 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 2 cup Safeway No Salt Added Diced Peeled Tomatoes in Tomato Juice (by BRITTANIA8) 3 cup Cabbage, Cole Slaw Mix, Fresh Express (by BREEZY1969) 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1.5 tbsp Caraway Seed 1 tsp Thyme, fresh 1.5 tbsp Honey 2 tbsp Paprika 2 serving Vineger - Cider - 1 Tblsp. Directions
brown the beef with the caraway seed and thyme. Stir in pepper mix and apple cook 2-3 min. Stir in water, honey, paprika, lentals and flax. Cook 15 min on low. Stir in cabbage and cook 3-4 min till tender. Add cider vinegar to taste. salt and pepper if wanted
