(by ***DEBRA***) 4 serving LENTALS organic green raw (1/4 c) (by TTENACITY_75) 4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal (2 Tbsp)
brown the beef with the caraway seed and thyme. Stir in pepper mix and apple cook 2-3 min. Stir in water, honey, paprika, lentals and flax. Cook 15 min on low. Stir in cabbage and cook 3-4 min till tender. Add cider vinegar to taste. salt and pepper if wanted
