Steph's Spicy Chicken Over Rice

Ingredients
1.0 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked0.5 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano2.0 oz Farm Fresh Frozen Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts0.25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Sauteed the chicken, cut up, in olive oil. Start the rice while the chicken sautees. Add all the rest of the ingredients to the pan with the chicken , cover and let cook until it's all thoroughly done and smells good. Serve the chicken mixture over the top of the rice.
