Keto Peppermint Fat Bombs

Ingredients
9 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil .25 tsp peppermint extract (by IT8EVERYTHING) 2 tbsp *Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Serving = 1 Tablespoon)
Directions
In a double broiler melt the coconut oil with the peppermint and the sweetener of your choice. I use french vanilla stevia extract 1 tablespoon you can use which ever sweeter you prefer a table spoon should be enough of any kind.

Once it is all melted and mixed take half the mixture and put in to silicon cupcake cases (Half makes 4) put in the fridge to cool and harden this is the white peppermint layer

Now add the cocoa powder to the remaining mixture mix well. Once the white layer has harden and set in the fridge take it out and put the chocolate layer on top and pop it back in the fridge until it sets completely
