2 large Egg white, fresh 0.5 cup Spinach, fresh 0.5 oz Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 oz Cheese - Sargento Chef Style Mozzarella Part-Skim Shredded Cheese 1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 tbsp Basil
Spray pan with cooking spray heat over medium heat.
Add spinach to pan
Beat eggs, egg whites, basil, salt and pepper, add to pan
Cook until set
Add tomatoes and cheeses, fold and remove from heat
