Ingredients
2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.5 cup Milk, nonfat1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Salt5.0 1tsp Olive Oil2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap4.0 tsp Baking Powder4.0 tsp Granulated Sugar4.0 cup Flour, white1.0 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add wet ingredients to bowl. mix all, but don't over mix. turn stove to medium heat, 5. Oil in pan, wait till it's warm the pan. pour in half cup batter. flip once it bubbles. add whichever topping you like. Serving Size: 18 pancakes
