1 cup Cream of Celery Soup 140 Green Beans (snap) (5 oz)0.50 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 0.25 tsp NuSalt 8 oz Lauras Lean Beef Ground Beef 8% fat 230 gram(s) Tater Tots- Ore Ida (8 oz).25 tsp Pepper, black
1. Cook the beef with the chopped onions over medium heat until the beef has browned and then drain. Pour the soup over the beef and stir with a wooden spoon until well-mixed. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Lightly grease your slow cooker before layering the tater tots and the green beans in the bottom of the dish. Pour the soup and beef mixture over the top, ensuring that the vegetables are completely covered, and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve with a sprinkling of French's fried onions on top.
TIP: Add another veggie element by throwing some chopped carrots in with the green beans and tater tots.
