Beat 6 eggs
Add 1 cup of egg whites
Cut up smokey links
Grease muffin pan
Add smokey links
You can add red peppers and onion if you like
Top with cheese
Pour egg mix into muffin spots
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
