Ingredients
12 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 can Canned Tomatoes 1.25 cup Beans, black 0.5 cup Salsa 2 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) 100 grams Cilantro, raw
Directions
Heat tomatoes, salsa and black beans in a very large sautéed pan Add chicken and rice and heat through stirring frequently I add cilantro and lime juice to my rice right when it is finished cooking (optional) Serving Size: Makes 6 1.25 cup servings
