2 cups Just Black Cherry Juice 1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar 1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1/4 cup Canola Oil 2 large eggs2 tbsp Cider Vinegar 3 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 3 cup Flour 1/3 cup Baking Cocoa 2 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp salt 1.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 box , Instant, Sugar Free Chocolate pudding1 can cherry light pie filling1 container Kraft Cool Whip FREE
In large bowl, mix cherry juice, sugar, applesauce, oil, eggs, vinegar and vanilla. Beat well. In a medium bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add to wet ingredients and mix well. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 sprayed cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven. let cool on wire rack. In a small bowl beat milk and pudding mix or 2 minutes. Let sit for 2 minutes until soft set. Spread on completely cooled cake. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Spread cherry pie filling over pudding and refrigerate until serving. Serve with whipped topping.
