0.5 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour 2 tsp Salt 2 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 4 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 1 tsp Ginger, ground 1 serving Frontier Organic Ground Tumeric 1 tsp (2 g) (by RURABE) 2 cloves Garlic 1 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 3 tbsp Butter, salted 3 tbsp Lemon Peel 1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
Add everything except the chicken, flour, salt, pepper, and cayenne to the crock pot and turn on High heat. cut the thighs into 1/2 inch pieces. Mix the flour and spices. Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mix. Add chicken to the crock pot and turn down to low heat. Cook for at least 3 hours
