1.3 serving Bird's eye Brocolli Florets (frozen) .75 serving Flav R Pac baby Lima beans 0.75 serving Great Value Crinkle Cut Carrots 1 gram(s) Swad Kasoor Methi .75 serving Azumaya - Firm Tofu - Whole 16oz Block (by SACERDOTE) 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt - 1 tsp (by FREEME1980) 1 serving Crisco 'Natural Blend' Oil (blend of canola, sunflower, soybean)(1 Tbsp, or 14g) (by MISTERTOAD) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Add 1tbsp oil and any necessary spices. Add Onion, green chili, all veggies, and tofu. Add soy sauce if needed and saute and let it cook.
