Ingredients
30 grams Almonds 30 grams Walnuts 30 grams Pecans 30 gram(s) Cashew Nuts, raw (10g = 7 nuts) (by CHEEKYCHOOK) 8 serving Butter, Crystal Farms - salted (by RIMAJO) 9 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava™ Organic (1 t) 0.5 cup Almond Meal/flour (blanched) 1/4c=28gr=1 serv (by GFNOMAD) 50 gram Jarrow whey protein unflavored organic - 2 scoops(23g) (by FRGTMNT55)
Directions
Chop all of your nuts, small but still with a bit of bite in them.
Melt butter, then combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl & mix well.
Spread out mixture on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake in a 300 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the mix takes on a nice golden color.
Remove from oven, mix gently with a fork - then allow it to cool completely.
Transfer to a storage container & use as needed for a nice, cold lchf breakfast, or as a topping over a bowl of your favorite yogurt.
