Chicken and Beef Bouillion Fondue

1 skinless, boneless chicken breast1 filet mignon (or other steak)12 shrimp1 head of broccoli1 head of cauliflower6-8 cups of beef broth

Cut the chicken and beef into 1.5 inch cubes, or 2 inch by .5 inch strips. Cut the vegetables into small florets. Cook each piece seperately in a fondue pot, making sure to keep the uncooked chicken and beef off the plates where you put your cooked food.

Horseradish sauce
Hot mustard
