0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream1.0 tsp Garlic powder2.0 tbsp Olive Oil16.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth0.5 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes1.0 cup Cut Leaf Spinich (1 cup)1.0 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions
Slice chicken breasts in half (thickness) Sear chicken in oil Remove chicken from pan Add cream, broth and spices Whisk until it thickens Add spinach and tomatoes Add chicken bake into sauce and cook until there is no pink in meat Serve chicken with sauce on top Serving Size: 4 half breasts
