Teriyaki Salmon

4 Wild Alaskan Salmon Fillet, 4 oz each0.25 gram coconut oil cooking spray 1/4 cup Great Value Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce2 tbsp Water, tap 1/4 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Great Value Minced Garlic 1 tbsp Honey - Sue Bee Clover Honey
In a small bowl mix together soy sauce, water, ginger, garlic and raw honey. Mix well.
Place salmon in a large ziploc bag and add soy sauce mix to the bag to coat. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 425. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Add salmon reserving the marinade for later.
Bake salmon for 10 minutes. Cover with the marinade you reserved. Bake for an additional 6-8 minutes until salmon is easy to flake.
