56 gram(s) Dairy - Cheese - Neufchatel - Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 Less Fat - grams (28g / 1 oz) .333 cup Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tbsp Vanilla Extract .125 cup Flour, white 5 serving Nabisco Honey Maid Graham Crakers - 1 Serving = 2 Full Sheets (by NANA247) 4 tbsp Butter, salted 1 cup Granulated Sugar
Crust; In baking dish combine 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar and 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, add 4 tbsp. butter mix until well dampened. spread out over pan and up sides.
Filling: Step 1- mix cheese with 3/4 cup sugar until smooth, Step 2- blend in Milk, Step 3- mix in eggs one at a time just enough to incorporate . Final step- mix in vanilla and flour until smooth. pour into baking dish. bake in preheated oven ( 350degrees) for one hour, turn off heat and let cool in oven for 2-4 hours, chill in fridge for 2 hours.
