Ingredients
1.0 tsp Garlic powder0.5 slice, thin Onions, raw1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini1.0 oz Smoked Salmon (lox)2.0 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard0.25 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 serving RICE - Dynasty Jasmine Rice 1/2 cup cooked2.0 gram(s) Star - Imported Nonpareil Capers (Serving Size = 1 Tsp./20 Capers)
Directions
Make rice as directed. In a saucepan, add oil on medium heat and saute onions and zucchini until unions become translucent. Season with spices and add capers. Remove from heat and add mustard and chopped up salmon, combine. serve over rice. Serving Size: Makes 3 cups (2 servings)
