1/2 tsp Thyme, dried 4 oz Chicken -Boneless, skinless chicken thigh 0.25 cup Maple Grove Farm Maple Syrup (sugar free) 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) 3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) 1 cup Pecans - chopped 3/4 cup Almond Flour1 1/2 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Salt
Combine finely chopped pecans, almond flour, thyme, paprika, and salt. Coat thighs with 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard, then roll in pecan mixture. Place in greased baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Combine 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup and 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, warm, drizzle over cooked chicken.
