2 lbs Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 1/2 cup Milk2 large Egg, lightly beaten2 tbsp Butter2 packets LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry 1 small Onions, sliced thin1/2 cup Bread crumbs3 tbsp Flour2 cups Beef Broth1/2 tsp Gravy Master
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, 1 packet of soup mix, bread crumbs, eggs and milk. Form into 8 oval patties. Fry or grill until done. Set aside. In a large skillet, melt butter. Add onions and saute until soft. Mix flour in a bowl with a little beef broth and set aside. Add remaining beef broth to skillet with remaining packet of soup mix. Heat to a simmer. Slowly whisk in broth mixed with the flour. Stir continually until thickened. Add gravy master. Return salisbury steaks to gravy. Heat and serve.
