Thai Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
1 pkg. Portland Pie Co garlic pizza dough4 tbsp SAN-J Thai peanut sauce1 Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted4 cloves Garlic, minced8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk1 Bell Pepper, orange or yellow, cut into small pieces
Directions
Preheat oven to 475. While oven is heating, remove dough from fridge to allow to warm to room temperature. Hand toss crust Place on floured pizza stone Add cheese , spread 2 oz peanut sauce Toss remaining peanut sauce with chicken, peppers, and garlic Add mixture to top of pizza Bake at 475 for 10-15 min
