Bok Choy with Bacon

4 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded 3 serving Bacon - Hormel Natural Choice .75 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) .33 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE) 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
Chop Bok choy into small pieces, stalks and leaves
Cook 6 slices of bacon in large skillet
Remove from heat and dry
Save 1tsp of oil from skillet for next step
Add olive oil, onions, garlic, and red pepper flakes
Cook until onion begins to get tender
Add Bok Choy and cook 3-5 minutes
Remove from heat and add bacon
Serving Size: Makes 4 1-cup servings
