0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese0.25 tsp Onion powder0.5 tsp Pepper, black0.5 tsp Salt1.5 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives1.0 tsp Garlic0.75 tsp Soy Sauce1.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce4.0 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon16.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
Directions
1.Fry bacon in pan. 2.Mix all ingredients together well and form into 4 patties. 3.Remove bacon and set aside. 4.Cook patties in pan with bacon grease to desired doneness. 5.Remove from pan and serve with bacon on top. Serving Size: Makes 4 patties with bacon on top
