Strawberry Freezer Jam with classic pectin

Ingredients
1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice2 lbs Strawberries, fresh3/4 Water, tap0.5 cup Honey6.0 tbsp pectin
Directions
Mash strawberries Combine fruit, honey, and lemon juice. Combine water and pectin in pot. Bring to hard/constant boil. Stir constantly for 1 min while continuing hard boil. Add cooked pectin to berries and stir for 3 min. Transfer to 1 or 2 cup freezer safe containers. Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks or transfer to freezer after 24 hours. Serving Size: 2 tbs
