Ingredients
0.5 cup Buttermilk, lowfat1.0 stick Butter, unsalted0.25 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Baking Soda0.25 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)9.0 tsp Splenda2.0 cup Bob's red mill gluten free baking flour
Directions
Mix dry ingredients by hand. Cut in butter, mix thoroughly. Add the vanilla. Slowly add the buttermilk, a little bit at a time. Add the cranberries. Cut into 8 pieces. Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes. Serving Size: 1 scone
