12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 oz Swiss Cheese 6 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) 1 cup Asparagus, fresh .75 cup Fat free half and half
Directions
mix all ingredient and bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean
