2.0 tbsp Cream Cheese1.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.75 cup Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese3.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
Mix almond flour, cream cheese, and grated cheese. Micro for 1 min, stir in egg. Press to very thin between parchment paper. Move pieces to clean backing sheet and back up to 10 min at 425. Or until lightly browned. You can add any flavorings from sesame, garlic, rosemary....
